What's Inside a CLERIVY Microdart
The darts are built mostly of Sodium Hyaluronate, the first ingredient on the list, carrying 7% Niacinamide and 3% Tranexamic Acid, along with Madecassoside from Centella, Zinc PCA, Panthenol and a Vitamin C derivative. Fifteen ingredients in all, listed in order below. The pad in the kit has its own list, and its first ingredient is alcohol. We print both.

What Are the Darts Themselves Made Of?
Sodium Hyaluronate, the dart body itself. It's first on the list, which on an ingredient label means most of the formula.
Each CLERIVY Microdart Spot Patch carries 16 microdarts on its skin-facing side. Press the patch on firmly for 10 seconds, then leave it on for at least 2 hours while the darts dissolve where they sit — overnight is better. That's how everything below is delivered.
What Do the Two Numbers Mean?
7% Niacinamide and 3% Tranexamic Acid, from the full ingredient disclosure sheet for this patch. We give you the numbers and the names. What those ingredients are known for in skincare is easy to look up, and we'd rather you look it up than take a patch box's word for it.
That paragraph attaches no promise to either number. The patch carries 7% Niacinamide and 3% Tranexamic Acid. That's a fact about the formula, stated the way the formula sheet states it, and it's the only way we state percentages anywhere on this site.
Where Does the "Cica" Part Come In?
Madecassoside and Centella Asiatica Extract, both on the list. They're the pair most people mean when they say "cica." Both names appear on the fifteen-ingredient list below. We publish the names and their order, not a percentage.
What Else Is in the Formula?
Panthenol and Zinc PCA are on the list as well. So is Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate, the Vitamin C derivative mentioned above; we publish its name, not a percentage. Salicylic Acid appears at less than 0.5%, for cosmetic purposes only. What that number means on any patch box is covered on our Salicylic Acid page.
What Is the Full Ingredient List, in Order?
Fifteen ingredients, exactly as they appear on the pack:
Sodium Hyaluronate
Niacinamide
Oligopeptide-10
Tranexamic Acid
Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate
Succinic Acid
Panthenol
Water
Zinc PCA
Tocopheryl Acetate
Allantoin
Salicylic Acid
Ferulic Acid
Madecassoside
Centella Asiatica Extract
That's the entire patch formula. The same list appears on the product page and in the CLERIVY Ingredient Guide.
What Is in the Blemish Clearing Pad?
The Blemish Clearing Pad is a single-use prep pad included in the kit. It's step one of the two-step routine: wipe the target area with the pad first, then apply the Microdart Spot Patch.
Its list runs six ingredients long: Alcohol, Water, Sodium Bicarbonate, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil, Salicylic Acid, Limonene. Alcohol comes first. We list it first because it is first.
The pack adds one line worth quoting in full: "Included pad is designed to help cleanse the skin and is not intended for sanitizing or antiseptic use."
What Don't We Claim?
No brightening promises, no acne claims, no "fades marks." The Microdart Spot Patch is a cosmetic. What we have tested — and what we haven't — is documented on our Tested page.
Three percentages, no more. We print 7% Niacinamide and 3% Tranexamic Acid because those are the numbers. We say "less than 0.5%" Salicylic Acid because that's what the box says. Every other ingredient on this page gets a name and a position, not a percentage.
Those numbers belong to this product only. The CLERIVY Hydrocolloid Pimple Patch has its own seven-ingredient list, published on its own page. Nothing here carries over to it.
The darts dissolve. That's the whole mechanism we describe. They are not metal needles, and CLERIVY does not claim that they puncture the skin.
The pad is a prep wipe. Alcohol is its first ingredient, and our copy reflects that.
