The Blemish Clearing Pad is a single-use prep pad designed to cleanse and prep the target area before applying the CLERIVY Microdart Spot Patch. Formulated with Alcohol, Tea Tree Leaf Oil, and Salicylic Acid, it helps remove excess sebum and surface impurities, leaving the spot clean and ready for patch application.

First, wipe the target area with one Blemish Clearing Pad and let the skin dry completely. Then apply the Microdart Spot Patch directly over the spot and press firmly for 10 seconds. Leave it on for at least 2 hours to give the microdarts time to dissolve. You can also leave it on overnight.

If the patch loosens before 2 hours, the microdarts may not have fully dissolved. Do not reapply the same patch. If another application is needed, use a fresh patch on clean, dry skin.

Use one Microdart Spot Patch per spot. Each patch is intended for single use because the microdarts dissolve during wear. Use a fresh patch for another spot or for a later application.

Apply the Microdart Spot Patch to clean, completely dry skin before skincare or makeup. If skincare has already been applied, wait until it has fully absorbed and make sure the target area is dry. Once the patch is securely in place, apply makeup around it. Avoid applying the patch directly over wet skincare products or facial oils, as they may reduce adhesion.

The 15 ingredients listed on the pack are Sodium Hyaluronate, Niacinamide, Oligopeptide-10, Tranexamic Acid, Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate, Succinic Acid, Panthenol, Water, Zinc PCA, Tocopheryl Acetate, Allantoin, Salicylic Acid, Ferulic Acid, Madecassoside, and Centella Asiatica Extract. The formula contains 7% Niacinamide, 3% Tranexamic Acid, and less than 0.5% Salicylic Acid for cosmetic purposes only.
